Minutes

• Glance at the Budget (Matt)
  • 10% of budget was carried over from previous school year
• Review SIP Plan & Data (Matt)
  • Testing will be discussed next meeting as we don’t have scores yet to compare
• Review bylaws & create rules of order (Matt)
  • Bylaws need to be amended
  • Matt will check with Superintendent if we need both rules and order, or just one set
• Public Input (Julie)
  • Many Woodruff families are upset with the new structured recess
  • Structured recess was implemented by school administration to help reduce number of behavior issues on the playground
  • School administration has decided to continue implementing the structured recess if they see if helps improve behaviors
  • Matt will send out an email extending the invitation for parents to join community council
