• Review and approve the minutes from the Novmeber meeting

• Review Assignments from previous meeting
  • Melinda will be doing Summer library next year (2 days a week). Matt will check cost.
  • Generation Genius Subscription for 4^th & 5^th grades (60 licenses, $6,665 for 8 classrooms)- Motioned-Melissa, 2^nd -Karlee.
• Discuss Budget (Matt)
  • More aides needed.
  • $11,050 left for Teachers will go towards Summer training days
  • Pysch Intern was not found. Need to find a place to spend that money.
  • Sub money will be used during Team Days
• Review SIP Plan (Matt)
  • Math Goal updated
  • Most grades Acadience composite math scores up from last year, except 3 rd and 4^th grade.
  • Behavior referrals up more than double from last month
• Community Council members training times
• Public Input
  • Discussed what grades were going to the High School Play
  • Having Wellness interventions instead of AR Parties, only requirement to attend is being enrolled at Woodruff
  • Reading Prizes at different levels; Class level, Grade level, and School level
