Agenda Topics

• Review and approve the minutes from the November meeting (Wyatt)
  • Motioned-Karlee, 2^nd - Aaron
• Review Budget (Matt)
  • Summer Library with 2 days a week all summer long will be $3800. -Motion to Approve- Melissa, 2 ^nd-Martha
  • Book Vending Machine- Costs for repairs & upkeep needs to be discussed later
  • Sub costs will be spent on teacher days
  • Drop off and Pick up concerns- Wyatt, Matt and possibly Watch dogs will go out to enforce rules. Matt will send out email reminding everyone to follow the rules. Melissa will follow up on the city painting the curb across the street.
• Continue discussion of ideas on how to spend excess trustlands money (Wyatt)
  • Kindergarten aide was hired
  • Will see how much is left after the costs for the Generation Genius Subscription goes through.
• Review SIP Plan data (Matt) 15 min
  • Acadience tests -Mid January, percentages will be updated then.
  • Discussion on if the Wellness room could help with refocus referral numbers
• SCC State Trainings
  • Reminder to take these
  • Matt will send out an email with the links
• Brainstorm ideas for next year’s SIP (Matt) 15 min
  • Council Members will think about ideas.
• Public Input (Wyatt)
  • Desire for Physical Parent Teacher Conferences (PTC).
    • Could there be a link or QR code to a calendar to request a physical meeting
    • Teachers need to be reaching out at least 6 times to parents and 3 need to be a personal contact.
    • Many Teachers and parents want Physical PTCs back.
    • Matt will take idea of Physical PTCs to the Teacher Leadership Team.
  • Concerns with the No Tarty Party. Matt will come up with ideas with the Teacher Leadership team.
