Agenda Topics

• Review and approve the minutes from the March meeting
  • Motioned- Aaron, 2^nd - Becca
• Review Budget
  • Should be in the 10% Carryover with teacher summer hours and summer library hours
  • About $7-8,000 carryover
• SIP Plan data (Matt)
  • Referrals to Office and refocus are up.
  • Looking into ideas to help decrease referrals
    • School wide point system to help with behavior. 200 club?
    • Change rewards to help motivation
    • Traveling Trolley with rewards. Possibly in the beginning of the day to help kids to be on time.
• Community Council membership election (Matt)/li>
  • Matt will send out info for people to apply.
  • Will vote on roles next month
• Public Input (Wyatt)
  • RISE starts April 25^th for 4^th and 5^th grade.
  • Lines in small parking lot need to be repainted
  • Mid-May new Custodian will start training
  • There should be 21 kids in each of the 5 kindergarten classes.
